The Carriage House also has a private living room, a beautiful 2nd full kitchen and amazing ensuite bathroom with free standing tub and glass shower enclosure.

• Note that while the main home has central AC, the Carriage House does not. Some summer months can be warm but opening several windows for a cross breeze will usually cool the carriage house down to a comfortable temperature during the day and at night it gets rather cool even in the summer.
