The name Casago Highland Lakes represents how roughly half of the communities within this region are at least partially known for their lake-centric neighborhoods and points of interest. But, because all of the communities are satellites of what is now the US’ 10th largest city, there is so much more to enjoy when visiting here as well!

At Casago Highland Lakes, brothers Mike & Tim Weimann combine their collective experiences in real estate renovation & sales with Tim’s community service in law enforcement, and Mike’s background catering to the hospitality industry, with technology platforms designed to improve performance & operations. Together they own and operate Casago Highland Lakes vacation rental property management company in the communities north and northwest of Austin,Texas. They also proudly manage homes in the region’s south shore communities, extending from Horseshoe Bay to Fredericksburg.

Tim and Mike first partnered on a vacation rental cabin purchase while both were living in different states. While the investment was solid, distance made it difficult to ensure the property was being managed and maintained properly. They knew there had to be a better way and that is why they decided their next business together was going to be local here in the Austin area.

Having lived in Austin for more than three decades, they know these communities and the people. They work endlessly to build that same intimate knowledge that they have of these communities with each of the homeowners. They strive to best optimize each property to meet the homeowner’s goals & expectations while also ensuring that guest experiences are consistent, efficient, and fun!

This has become a family affair. Both of the brothers married teachers who shared their gift of having servant’s hearts. While all very different people, together they share a common element to leverage each of their innate desires to serve with their very diverse skills and experiences.
